1. Who we are

Invacore Limited ("Invacore", "we", "us", "our") is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 07160310. Our registered office is 527 Moseley Road, Balsall Heath, Birmingham, B12 9BU.

We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. If you have any questions about it, email hello@invacore.com.

2. The short version

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising or tracking scripts. The only personal data we receive through it is what you choose to send us through our contact form or by email, plus the standard technical records our hosting provider keeps in order to serve the site.

3. What we collect

Information you send us

If you use our contact form we receive the name, email address and message you enter. Submissions are captured and stored by Netlify, who host this site, and we are notified by email. If you contact us by email instead, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and anything else you include in your message.

Our contact form uses a hidden field to catch automated submissions. It collects nothing about you and is ignored unless it is filled in, which only happens with bots.

Technical information

Our hosting provider records standard server logs when a page is requested. These typically include your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested and the time of the request. We use these only to keep the site available and secure.

Fonts

Typefaces on this site are requested from Google Fonts. This means your browser connects to Google's servers, and your IP address and browser details are visible to Google as part of that request. See Google's privacy policy for how they handle it.

4. Why we use it, and our legal basis

  • To reply to your enquiry. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or, where you are asking about engaging us, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
  • To keep the website running and secure. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a reliable, secure site.
  • To meet legal obligations. Where we have to keep records or respond to lawful requests.

We do not use your data for automated decision making or profiling.

5. Cookies

This website does not set any cookies and does not use local storage to track you. If that changes we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:

  • Netlify, who host this website, process server logs, and receive and store contact form submissions on our behalf.
  • Google. Typefaces are served from Google Fonts, as described above, and we use Google Workspace for email, so any message you send us is processed and stored on Google's systems.
  • Professional advisers or authorities, where we are required to do so by law.

7. International transfers

Some of the providers above are based outside the United Kingdom. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations for that country, or on an International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, so that your data keeps an equivalent level of protection.

8. How long we keep it

  • Form submissions and email correspondence. Kept for as long as it is relevant to our relationship with you, and then deleted. In most cases this is no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you.
  • Server logs. Retained by our hosting provider for a short period in line with their own retention schedule.

9. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete
  • ask us to delete your data
  • ask us to restrict how we use it
  • object to our processing where we rely on legitimate interests
  • ask us to transfer your data to you or another provider
  • withdraw consent, where we rely on it

To exercise any of these, email hello@invacore.com. We will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to address it first.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Where the change is significant we will say so clearly on the site.
